Investigation of the single point heating tool for the robotised incremen-tal polymer sheet forming process

چکیده
Incremental sheet forming (ISF) technology is a suitable and flexible solution to create complex 3D geometries of the sheet. A gradually formed into desired shape with tool usually attached CNC machine or robot. This process valid metal as well polymer sheets. However, inaccuracy geometry occurring errors in previously discussed industries prove novelty technology.
 In this research novel single point heated toll control system for incremental proposed investigated. Experimental results revealed main heating parameters necessary ISF mechanical properties dependency from heating.
